✅ Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order if:

  • The service or digital product has not yet been delivered or processed.

  • Your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, or before service fulfillment begins, whichever comes first.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellations will not be accepted if:

  • The service has already started or been completed.

  • The digital product has already been delivered or downloaded.

  • The cancellation request is received after work has been initiated.

💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
